ABOUT THIS HONEY……

We used a North Carolina Buckwheat Honey as the base to this complex Honey. We infused Citrus and Cherry to give the depth of the traditional old fashioned. We infused a bourbon and then smoked it to give the complete flavor profile of a traditional smoked old fashioned. This honey is done in small batches and by the hands of a North Carolina Beekeeper.
